8 Best Influencer Marketing Platforms in 2026

Most roundups list sixteen tools and never mention what any of them cost. Here are eight, with the prices and the monthly caps that actually decide it.

TL;DR

  • The short answer: Tokfluence for TikTok work at $99 flat, GRIN if you run a full creator programme, Heepsy if the budget is tight, Collabstr if you would rather just hire someone.
  • Price is not the number that decides it. Every platform here meters the thing you actually came to do, which is contacting creators. Modash gives you 150 contacts a month for $199. We give 10,000 for $99.
  • Half of them will not tell you the price. Four of the eight require a sales call before you see a rate card, and two of those want an annual contract.
  • How we compared: their own pricing pages, read in September 2026, plus G2 and Trustpilot reviews. Figures behind a sales call are labelled as reported.
  • The caveat: we build one of these. Read the "who it is not for" line under each entry, those are the honest ones.

There are maybe forty influencer marketing platforms competing for the same search. Most roundups list sixteen of them, give each three sentences of feature copy, and never mention what any of it costs.

That is the opposite of useful. When you are actually choosing, you need two numbers: what the plan costs, and how much of the work it lets you do before it stops. The second one is the one nobody publishes.

So this list has eight platforms, real prices where they are published, and a plain note on where each one stops.

What should an influencer marketing platform actually do?

Four jobs, and almost no platform does all four well.

  1. Find creators. Search a database by follower count, engagement, niche, country.
  2. Vet them. Check the audience is real and roughly who you are trying to reach.
  3. Contact them. Get a working email, or message them in the tool.
  4. Track what happened. Tie the posts back to views, engagement and ideally revenue.

Discovery tools do 1 and 2. Creator management platforms do 3 and 4 and buy their discovery data from someone else. The expensive ones do all four and charge accordingly.

Work out which of the four is your actual bottleneck before you read any further, because that is what should decide this.

Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026, except HypeAuditor and Influencity, which do not publish a rate card. Those two are third-party figures.

1. Tokfluence

Unlimited influencer search. One flat price.

One plan at $99 a month. Unlimited creator search, unlimited profile views, and 10,000 verified email reveals a month. Nothing is metered, which is the one claim nobody else on this list can make. No seat pricing either, so the number does not move when the team grows, and the free plan is permanent rather than a two-week trial.

More than 15 million creators indexed, and 92% of them are nano or micro, between 1,000 and 50,000 followers. That is deliberate. Most databases are weighted toward names you already know; ours is weighted toward the ones a normal budget can actually book. If a niche turns out to be thin we crawl it on request and come back inside 30 to 60 minutes, which nobody else here does at all.

Filters run against the whole index rather than a monthly allowance of profile views.

Who it is not for: teams running an always-on programme that needs seeding, payments and affiliate links in one system. We find and vet people at volume, then hand clean data to whatever sequencer or CRM you already run outreach in, which is the right call if you have one and the wrong one if you do not.

2. GRIN

Best for full creator programmes.

GRIN is a creator management platform rather than a search tool, built around DTC and Shopify brands running product seeding, affiliate links and creator payments as an ongoing programme.

Pricing is public and credit-metered: Free with 200 monthly credits, then Starter $200, Growth $500, Scale $1,000 and Complete $1,500. Overage runs at $0.10 a credit with a cap you set. Worth noting because most roundups still quote GRIN at $399 to $1,799, which is out of date.

Who it is not for: anyone whose actual problem is finding people. You will pay for workflow you are not using.

3. Modash

Best for multi-platform discovery.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in one index, clean data, good filters, and contact details included rather than sold as an upgrade. It rates 4.9 on G2 and earns it.

The friction is the metering. Essentials is $199 a month for 300 opened profiles, 150 email unlocks and 2 seats. Performance is $499 for 800 and 400. The complaint that repeats across review sites is that a single serious search session eats a third of the month's allowance. We went through it properly in our Modash alternatives roundup.

Who it is not for: teams doing high-volume discovery, and anyone who needs the work to continue after the creator publishes. Tracked creator content is capped too, which matters if campaign tracking is part of the job.

4. Upfluence

Best for ecommerce at scale.

Discovery, outreach, affiliate and attribution under one contract, with deep ecommerce integrations that tie creator activity back to sales rather than engagement.

Pricing is modular and custom-quoted. Annual plans carry a 12-month minimum, and the free trial is configured after an initial call.

Who it is not for: anyone who needs to know the price before investing three meetings in finding it out, or who is not ready to commit for a year.

5. HypeAuditor

Best for audience fraud checks.

Fraud detection is the product rather than a feature bolted on, and the audience quality analysis goes deeper than most of this list.

The basic plan starts at $299 a month billed annually, and Capterra lists $399 per user per month. HypeAuditor does not publish a full rate card: their own post says pricing is "always tailored" and the best rates come with two-year agreements.

Who it is not for: small teams. Reviewers name price and a steep learning curve as the two recurring frictions, and several note that advanced filters sit behind higher tiers.

6. Influencity

Cheapest credible multi-platform option.

Professional is $398 a month, covering 5,000 monthly search results, 100 profile analyses and 1,200 outreach emails. Enterprise is quote-only, and annual billing takes 20% off.

Who it is not for: you only need search. At $398 a month you are paying for campaign management and reporting alongside it, whether you use them or not.

7. Heepsy

Best on a tight budget.

A free plan with 500 search results and 10 advanced profiles, then Starter 69 EUR, Plus 149 EUR and Advanced 229 EUR on annual billing. Outreach emails are included at 300, 1,200 and 6,000 a month respectively.

Who it is not for: teams that need depth. The profile data is thinner than Modash and the caps arrive quickly once you are searching properly.

8. Collabstr

Best for hiring creators directly.

A marketplace rather than a database. Creators list themselves with prices and deliverables, you browse and book. Free to browse, with a 10% fee added at checkout. Pro at $299 a month and Premium at $399 add campaign management and cut the fee to 5%.

Whichever tool you pick, get the shortlist in front of whoever signs off before you contact anyone.

Who it is not for: anyone who wants the whole creator universe. You can only reach people who chose to list, which is a fraction of what a crawled index holds.

What about Aspire and CreatorIQ?

Both are real platforms and both were left off deliberately, because neither is buyable by the audience this article is for. Aspire is reported to start around $2,000 a month on a 12-month commitment with no free trial. CreatorIQ is annual-contract only, with third-party procurement data putting entry contracts between $25,000 and $60,000 a year.

If you have a seven-figure creator budget and a procurement process, look at both. If you are choosing your first platform, they are not on the shortlist.

How much should an influencer marketing platform cost?

Between roughly 69 EUR and $299 a month for the search-and-contact job, and several thousand a month once you add campaign management, payments and attribution.

The number that matters more than the monthly price is the cost per creator you can actually reach. At $199 for 150 contacts, Modash works out around $1.33 a creator. At $99 for 10,000, ours is a fraction of a cent. That gap does not show up on a pricing page, which is exactly why it is worth working out before you sign anything.

Which one should you pick?

  • Your campaigns are TikTok and the caps keep running out: Tokfluence.
  • Finding people was never the hard part: GRIN.
  • You need Instagram and YouTube in the same index: Modash.
  • You are worried about fake audiences: HypeAuditor.
  • The budget is the constraint: Heepsy, or Collabstr if you only want to pay when you hire.
  • You run Shopify and want sales attribution wired in: GRIN, or Upfluence if the store has outgrown the team.

Most first campaigns do not need a bigger platform. They need the same job done without a meter running.
