What's the difference between Dashboard and API plans?
Dashboard plans are for using Tokfluence in the app: searching creators, revealing emails and tracking campaigns. Agency and Discovery Service also include the API and MCP, drawing on the same credits. API plans are for developers who only want to call our 15M+ TikTok index from their own product, billed by credits where one credit equals one profile.
What counts as a credit?
One credit unlocks one creator profile with its verified contact email, whether from search, a saved list, or a CSV export. Credits refresh every billing month. On Agency and Discovery Service, the app, the API and MCP draw on one shared pool: 20,000 credits a month on Agency, 100,000 on Discovery Service.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, because Tokfluence is free forever, with no card. A free account has 50 searches and 5 credits a month, and 1 Ultra Search a month that shows its 10 best creators. Sign up with a work email and you get one more Ultra Search, once, while you set up. You add a card only at checkout, when you pick Pro or Agency. Discovery Service and Done For You start with a call with our team.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then.
Do you offer custom volume or higher API tiers?
If you need more than 100,000 credits a month, more than 10,000 API-only profiles, or a custom setup for your team, email us at contact@tokfluence.com and we'll put together a quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoices are available on request.
