What's the difference between Dashboard and API plans?
Dashboard plans are for using Tokfluence directly — searching creators, revealing emails, and tracking campaigns in the app. API plans are for developers who want to call our 15M+ TikTok index from their own product, billed by credits where one credit equals one profile.
What counts as an email reveal?
Any time you unlock a creator's verified contact email, that's one reveal — whether from search, a saved list, or a CSV export. Reveals reset on the first of every billing month and don't roll over.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free dashboard plan gives you unlimited TikTok searches and unlimited saved lists, with 5 profile data views and 5 email reveals per month. No credit card required, ever. Upgrade to Pro when you need more data.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then.
Do you offer custom volume or higher API tiers?
If you need higher email reveal volumes, more than 10,000 API profiles a month, or a custom setup for your team, email us at contact@tokfluence.com and we'll put together a quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoices are available on request for annual plans.
