Influencer database

The TikTok influencer database, field by field

Every influencer database leads with a creator count. The count is the least useful thing about it. What decides whether you can run a campaign is what sits inside each record, and how many of those records you can actually contact. Here is both, measured from our own index.

TL;DR
  • The index: 93% of the TikTok creators in our index are nano or micro (17,547,377 creators with 1,000 or more followers, counted 14 October 2026).
  • The record: reach and engagement, recent posts with per-post metrics, hashtags, brand mentions, linked Instagram and YouTube, contact details, and audience data on request.
  • The caveat: TikTok-first. Instagram and YouTube appear as links on a creator's record, not as databases of their own.

What is a TikTok influencer database?

A TikTok influencer database is an index of creator profiles that you can filter by audience size, engagement, topic, country and contact availability, so you can build a shortlist without scrolling the app. The good ones also store what TikTok itself does not show you in one place: a creator's brand history, their posting rhythm and a way to reach them.

Ours is built for one network on purpose. One crawler pointed at TikTok goes deeper than one spread across three, and when a niche turns out to be thin we can crawl it on request and return the list in 30 to 60 minutes.

Where these numbers come from

Every count on this page was read from the live Tokfluence index on 14 October 2026. We ran filtered searches against our own creator API (by follower band, by whether an email or phone is on file, by linked Instagram) and recorded the total number of matches. Creators under 1,000 followers are left out throughout.

We say "15 million plus" across the site because that is the figure we have used publicly for a while. The live number is higher. It moves every day as we crawl, so treat everything here as a dated snapshot, not a constant.

What does a creator record contain?

Eight groups of fields. The right-hand column is the part most databases leave out: what each field is good for, and where it can mislead you.

GroupFieldsWhat to know
IdentityHandle, profile link, bio, country, TikTok verified badgeCountry is inferred from tagged places and caption language. Many creators have none, so a country filter removes some people who are in the right place.
Reach and performanceFollowers, average views per video, engagement rate, posts per week, total likes, video countEngagement rate is the number that separates two creators who look identical on follower count.
Recent postsCaption, publish date, views, likes, comments and shares for each recent postCached. The record shows the date of the newest post we hold, so you can see when a creator went quiet.
TopicsHashtags the creator posts under, ranked by how often they use themA lifetime aggregate, not a dated list. A tag can be years old, so check it against the recent posts.
Brand historyAccounts the creator mentions in captions, including tagged paid partnershipsThe fastest way to see who already works with brands, and which ones.
Other platformsLinked Instagram and YouTube profiles, where the creator has published themA link, not a second database. We do not index Instagram or YouTube creators.
ContactContact email (sometimes several), phone number, management contactEach address is graded before you reveal it. Only a minority of creators publish one at all: see the table below.
AudienceAudience country split where we hold it, plus full audience reports on demand: demographics, reachability, authenticity and fraud signalsThe report is paid per creator, so you run it on a shortlist rather than on everyone.

The same record lists brand partners tagged in recent captions (a household-goods brand and an electronics brand, both tagged as paid partnerships), a linked Instagram, and twelve recent posts with views, likes, comments and shares on each. That is enough to judge fit and price before you write a single email.

A plain-language query against the index. Each result row already carries follower count, engagement rate, average views and a contact email where we have one, before you open the full record.

How are the creators distributed by tier?

Heavily towards the small end. Nano and micro creators make up 93% of our index. Macro and mega together are under 2%.

Whether TikTok as a whole splits the same way, nobody can say for sure: TikTok does not publish a count of creators by follower size, and the third-party totals we found in October 2026 run from 1.5 million to more than 200 million "creators" without saying what they count. So read these shares as our index, not as a census. They are the useful shape for most budgets. If your shortlist starts from the biggest names in a niche, you are choosing from the smallest pool and competing with every other brand doing the same thing. Our influencer tiers study measured engagement across 1,500 of these creators and found the variation inside a tier is bigger than the variation between tiers.

A floor is possible, though. On 8 September 2026 our index held 12,820,941 nano and 2,434,184 micro creators, so TikTok has at least 15.3 million nano and micro creators (12.8M + 2.4M), against at least 340,000 macro and mega (269,313 + 71,239). The nano and micro count alone equals about 1% of the 1.59 billion people TikTok's ads reach (15.3M / 1.59B, about 1 in 104; DataReportal, January 2025). These are floors, not totals: TikTok has more accounts than we have crawled.

Are the contact emails verified?

Each address is graded before you see it, and the record tells you whether it passed. An address that fails, for example because it is malformed, is flagged rather than handed over as if it were good. Send only to the ones that passed: a bounce lands on your sending reputation.

Pro includes 10,000 profile credits a month and Agency 20,000, shared with the API and MCP, at one credit per creator profile. That is room to export a full shortlist for several campaigns every month.

How fresh is the data?

Each record carries two dates: when we last read the profile, and when the newest post we hold was published. The second is the one that matters. A profile read yesterday can still belong to a creator who stopped posting in the spring, and the record makes that gap visible instead of hiding it behind a recent timestamp.

When a niche comes back thin, we do not stop at what is already indexed. We crawl it on demand and return the list in 30 to 60 minutes.

What the database does not contain

  • Instagram or YouTube creators. We store the link when a TikTok creator has published one. We do not index those networks.
  • A creator's age. No field holds it. Read the bio before a brief for an age-restricted product.
  • A country for everyone. Many creators carry none, especially recently crawled ones.
  • Gender as a fact. Where shown, it is a model's estimate from the profile picture, and it is sometimes wrong.

Pick a different tool if

  • You need deep Instagram audience analysis. We show a creator's linked Instagram, not its audience.
  • You only book celebrities. Mega creators are 0.4% of our index (at least 71,000 on TikTok as a whole); a talent agency will serve you better.
  • You want seeding, payments and affiliate links in one system. We find and vet people at volume, then hand clean data to the tools you already run outreach in.
  • If you need something the plans do not cover, such as on-demand Instagram crawling or an integration with your outreach tools, we build custom plans: contact us.

How do you access the database?

Three ways, all reading the same index:

  • The web app. Search by keyword, plain-language description or lookalike, filter on every field above, save lists and, on Pro, export to CSV. The free plan needs no card, and Pro is $99 a month for 20,000 searches, 10,000 profile credits and unlimited profile views, and Agency is $199 for 20,000 credits and unlimited searches. Details on the pricing page.
  • The API. The same records as JSON, for teams building their own tooling. See the TikTok creator API. API access comes with the Agency plan or a separate API plan.
  • The MCP server. Claude and other AI assistants can query the index and build a shortlist in conversation. Included with Agency at $199 a month.

Or skip the searching: on the Discovery Service ($499 a month) our team runs the searches against the same index and filters the lists by hand.

This page is about the data. For the search workflow itself, step by step, read how to find influencers.

Is there a free TikTok influencer database?

Not a complete one from us. Contact data costs money to collect and grade, and the free plans that do exist in this category cap how many results or profiles you can open. What we offer without paying: a free plan with 50 searches and 5 credits a month, no card, plus our public top creator lists and the trending TikTok creators report, both free to browse with no account.
